It’s almost the end of April (hopefully you’re aware of that) and we’re loving still wearing our shorts and short sleeves to work, particularly during the morning and evening commute. No doubt the army of black down jackets will be out and about soon, so make the most of it!

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been posting a series of videos on facebook and youtube. I’ve updated some of the pages on the website with their relevant videos too. It’s a collation of common questions I get asked in the clinic – Maybe it’s even answers to questions you haven’t thought of yet!

Did you know I can come to your office and talk about health and wellness? Last week, I put two separate groups through a session titled ‘Movement in the Workplace’ . The session’s focus is on encouraging mostly desk based employees to move more. It’s a fun, interactive and super practical session that will leave you better equipped in dealing with desk based work.
